The human body is an amazing machine-like organism with billions of cells always asking "where do I go and how do I get there?". We find that most imbalances in the body stem from lack of motion, or too much motion. Whether coming in for a wellness massage or for a specific issue, our therapists are trained to find those imbalances in the soft tissue. Our goals for each client are individualized, as we assess the symptoms and underlying causes, and develop a treatment plan to suit each client’s unique needs. In addition to therapeutic, orthopedic, sports and on-site chair massage, we offer a variety of other modalities to help the body and soul heal itself, including infrared sauna, yoga, and even space rentals to hold your own class.
