MASSAGE SERVICES |
OUR SERVICES |
The human body has an amazing capacity to heal itself. At Therapeutic Massage Company we listen to the client about their body's needs, give help where it is out of balance, and help the body bring itself to a better state of wellness. People come in for different reasons, so we emphasize with the therapist the importance of good communication with the client, so that the client can get the best service possible - from massage recommended by your health care professional, or as part of a larger treatment plan, to manual therapy for injury or to loosen muscles. From improving muscle tone and increasing flexibility, to providing a wellness plan and a variety of other treatments. Or maybe your goal is simply to bring your body into alignment, soothe an overworked back, or relieve knots from stress. Whatever your goals for our services, we will work hard to help you realize them. |
We offer a variety of services to bring relief from pain, stress, and injury, to boosting the immune system, and bringing peace and balance to the mind and body.

CONDITIONS WE TREAT |
ORTHOPEDIC MASSAGE

Working with the cerebral spinal Fluid (which surrounds the brain and spine) to find and release restrictions that can help the body to find a better state of wellness. back to top ▲
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
Working with the facial system which is interwoven through all the tissue that holds the body together, a form of structural integration. back to top ▲
CHAIR MASSAGE
Using an ergonomically correct chair we perform massage focusing mainly on what is called the "stress triangle" - primarily the head, neck and shoulders. Therapeutic Massage Company also offers "on-site" chair massage. Our highly skilled massage therapists will come to your workplace or event. Click here to learn more. back to top ▲
NEUROMUSCULAR
A very basic description of this is working the muscles from where it starts, the origin, to where they connect on a bone called the insertion. While working in this manner we alleviate any restriction in the muscle that is being worked on. back to top ▲
TRIGGER POINT
A modality we use when there is a particular dysfunction in a muscle. A trigger point is a place of hypersensitivity which we alleviate by applying pressure to that particular area or by using multi-directional frictioning techniques. back to top ▲
SPORTS MASSAGE
Sports Massage is a special form of massage and is typically used before, during, and after athletic events. The purpose of this massage is to prepare the athlete for peak performance, drain away fatigue, relieve swelling, reduce muscle tension, promote flexibility and prevent injuries. back to top ▲

inspiration
for your week

Take a moment to meditate on a short inspirational message, sure to bring meaning to your thoughts for the week. |
"A chiropractor was unable to resolve the problems and he recommended that I see Ron. In a few sessions Ron was able to eliminate the problem and I felt better than I'd felt in years! No more muscle aches and pains! Since then I've used Ron regularly to make sure I don't slip into the same problem." - Jim
