Kenneth Toy from The Institute for Personal Development, Inc. offers yoga classes that explore the relationship between the body, mind and spirit by learning and practicing traditional Kria yoga postures. Each class supports the beginner as well  as the experienced.

  Ken (Swami Jayananda) is the founder of The Institute for Personal Development, Inc. He is an independent scholar who earned the title of Swami in the Kriya Yoga lineage and is also a Certified Professional Astrologer.  His programs are non-formidable, practical and experiential in nature. The programs are all designed to further develop and balance one’s body, mind and spirit. The advantages to studying Kriya Yoga under the supervision of a Swami become apparent when you move yoga off the mat and into your life.












 



INFRARED SAUNA
For those who enjoy the "heat bath" experience but cannot take or do not enjoy traditional saunas, and for those who want to maximize the health benefits of sauna,  Far Infrared Sauna is an excellent choice for relaxing, pain relief, detoxification, and may even lower blood pressure and help alleviate some symptoms of Lyme disease. read more ►
